I recently had my Audi repaired at Central Coast Smash Repairs after a collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, and the team was always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible, even organising the roadworthy certificate for me when the registration expired during the repair. The quality of work is outstanding and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend!

Great service, friendly professional staff who make the whole process super easy. My car looks amazing now, and to top it all off you get a little packet of lollies along with your car at the end. I hope I never need to get my car repaired again, but if I do I know where I'll be taking it!

Outstanding Service! I had my ute repaired here after a minor accident and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. My car was parked in Sydney and the front passenger side got side swiped. Central Coast Smash Repairs were very professional to deal with as a NRMA repairer. They booked me in as soon as possible, ordered me an Uber to pick up my rental car, completed the work on time and communicated with me regularly throughout the process. They did a great job. At the last minute I asked if they could also buff out some black streaks and repair my front bumper that I had scraped several months ago and they added on the repair and completed it. They even washed my car as well. Overall I was very satisfied with their work and their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to other NRMA customers.
